Tyler's new favorite hangout is Marina Bay...

It's not only for wealthy yacht owners.

Lately, we walk over and watch the transportation- the huge boats, the huge cranes that move the huge boats into the water, and the airplanes flying into Logan. He LOVES it. Every time we go, he asks me if he can go on one of the boats.

Um, no buddy. Those boats are for people with much more cash than this mama. BUT, we sure could spring for a $6 ride on the commuter boat to Boston.

So on a VERY hot Tuesday, Ty, Jennie, and Mom headed down to the Fore River Ship Yard and hopped on board. Ty was so excited...


until we got on the boat. I think he was a little put off by the commuter-esque nature of the vessel. In his best toddler-assertive voice, he demanded to be transferred to "another boat, please."
Um, no. Get used to this boat, and enjoy the ride, kid.
In Boston, we decided on a whim to visit the Children's Museum. Here's Ty driving a mini loader.
Jennie ROCKED the museum. She scurried from exhibit to exhibit.
We stopped at Quincy Market and shared a slice of pizza...
but if you give Jennie pizza, she'll ask for ice cream to with it...
It was a great day. :)
